MANILA, Philippines – The woman being linked to Azkal Phil Younghusband has finally surfaced.

After much speculation, KC del Rosario--the ex-girlfriend of actor/host Matteo Guidicelli--denied that she and Younghusband are an item in a statement sent to “The Buzz.”

“I’m still a bit confused on how this issue set off, but we aren’t dating. I’ve met him once and that is all. He seems like a nice guy but I don’t know much about him,” said she.

Younghusband was more emphatic in a statement he made on the same “The Buzz” episode.

“I do not know any KC, or [if I ] may have been introduced [to someone named KC] before. I’ve already talked to Angel about the rumors and we both know there’s no truth to it.”

He also said that he spends most of his free time with Locsin.

Younghusband, as with the rest of his Azkals teammates, are currently in a training camp in Germany. The team left Saturday.

Meanwhile, a separate report on “Paparazzi” talked about a recent date that Younghusband and Locsin had.

Citing reliable sources, show host Ruffa Gutierrez revealed that the two were sighted at a posh Makati mall.

"They were seen coming out from Archaeology na nag-HHWW [holding hands while walking]," said she.

Guttierez' co-hosts doubt the authenticity of the relationship, however, noting that the two are set to appear as endorsers of a popular canned product.
